Collaborate in defining construction methods and resources. **FINISHING ARCHITECT** ========================== Company: DESARROLLO LINCE SAC (PE30\) Location: Projects Our company **DESARROLLO LINCE SAC (PE30\) (P027\)** is seeking top talent for the position of: **FINISHING ARCHITECT** **Position Objective** ----------------------- Ensure the execution of construction activities within one's assigned front or work area, complying with client, Cosapi, and applicable legal requirements regarding schedule, cost, quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Analyze construction drawings and technical specifications for activities to be executed in one's area / work front. * Verify actual execution conditions in one's area / work front and align them with contractual stipulations. * Participate in defining construction methods and resources to be employed in one's area / work front, in coordination with the Construction Manager. * Lead and supervise the execution of scheduled construction activities in one's area / work front, resolving any unforeseen issues that may arise. * Analyze construction methods and productivity rates for construction activities in one's area / work front to implement necessary improvements. **Requirements** -------------- * Degree in Architecture. * Four years of field experience in production, valuation, approval of technical documents, and quantity surveying. * Preferred specialization in multifamily, condominium, and/or residential project construction. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. * Knowledge of planning, cost control, and budgeting. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in Lima.
