Job Summary: Provide technical and operational support in executing the construction project for a 70 m² real estate sales office, ensuring compliance with drawings, schedule, quality, safety, and cost control. Key Highlights: 1. Support in daily construction supervision and progress control. 2. Coordination with contractors, suppliers, and operational staff. 3. Control of quantity take-offs, valuations, and material requirements. **Job Objective** Provide technical and operational support in executing the construction project for a 70 m² real estate sales office, ensuring compliance with drawings, schedule, quality, safety, and cost control under the supervision of the chief resident engineer or project manager. **Professional Profile** **Academic Qualifications** * Graduate in Architecture. * Professional registration preferred (not mandatory for junior profile). * Basic knowledge of Peruvian construction and safety regulations. **Experience** * 0–2 years of experience in site development, renovation, commercial offices, retail, or real estate projects. * Experience in supervision of finishes and light installations. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in daily construction supervision and progress control. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and operational staff. * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Maintain control of quantity take-offs, valuations, and material requirements. * Prepare daily/weekly progress reports. * Support schedule control and milestone tracking. * Supervise compliance with on-site safety and housekeeping standards. * Participate in material receipt and inventory control. * Coordinate observations and resolution of pending items for final handover. **Technical Knowledge** * Reading and interpretation of drawings. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in: AutoCAD, Excel, MS Project (preferred), SketchUp or Revit (preferred), cost control, and quantity take-offs. * Knowledge of: Architectural finishes, basic electrical and plumbing installations, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), cost control, and quantity take-offs. **Competencies** * Organization and follow-up. * Effective communication. * Proactivity. * Problem-solving. * Teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
