Main Responsibilities: \* Supervise and coordinate sales, e-commerce, warehouse, logistics, customer service, and administration departments. \* Design and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability. \* Lead and develop the team by setting performance goals and KPIs. \* Manage and optimize e-commerce channels and marketplaces. \* Analyze sales metrics, campaign performance, and customer behavior to support decision-making. \* Oversee inventory, procurement, and operational processes. \* Propose continuous improvements to optimize productivity and customer experience. \* Present performance reports and action plans to management. Requirements: \* Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership or managerial roles. \* Solid knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation, and commercial development. \* Proven experience in e-commerce and marketplace management. \* Proficiency in management indicators (KPIs), Excel, and analytical tools. \* Leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and results-oriented capabilities. \* Experience in import, retail, or distribution companies is preferred.
