Job Summary: We are seeking an Optical Fiber Technician Instructor to plan, develop, and deliver theoretical and practical training, as well as supervise and follow up with field personnel. We are currently seeking an **Optical Fiber Technician Instructor** available to work in the **Cercado de Lima** district. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Networks, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in residential installation and troubleshooting. * Minimum 1 year of experience training field personnel on residential optical fiber installations. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (mandatory). * Class A1 driver's license (desirable). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in Cercado de Lima (mandatory). Responsibilities: * Planning and development of detailed syllabi for theoretical and practical training. * Creation of audiovisual materials for training sessions. * Development of assessments for training participants. * Conducting training and supplementary field supervision. * Performing field supervision and quality verification as follow-up for trained personnel. * Maintaining a tracking file with statistics and records of all training activities and trained personnel. * Other duties assigned by the Operations Manager and PM. **We Offer:** * Base salary of S/ 2,500\. * Full payroll registration from the first day of employment. * Career development path.
