




Position Summary: Plan, control, and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and production targets, while providing support to Production, Projects, and Management. Early warning identification and risk mitigation Position Objective: Plan, control, and report on the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with the company's schedule, cost, and production targets, and providing direct support to Production, Projects, and Management departments. Main Responsibilities: Develop and update master execution schedules in MS Project or Primavera P6/P5\. Monitor project physical and financial progress, generating S-curves and comparative reports. Establish delivery milestones, crew productivity rates, and target timelines for each technical and field area. Continuously coordinate with Production regarding the scheduling of flange cover and metallic component manufacturing. Identify early warnings related to schedule deviations, low productivity, or contractual risks. Prepare weekly reports for the Project Manager and Contract Administrator. Support budget preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis as required. Participate in site meetings and follow up on commitments made to the client. Position Requirements: Civil Engineer 1–3 years of experience in planning, project control, or cost management Proficiency in MS Project (mandatory) and/or experience with Primavera P6 (desirable). Advanced knowledge of budgeting, quantity take-offs, and cost control. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.5,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
