Position Summary: Coordinate and supervise telecommunications infrastructure projects, managing resources, teams, and ensuring compliance with performance indicators and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and control resources for telecommunications projects 2. Supervise technical teams and contractors on projects 3. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Responsibilities: * Manage and control resources required for project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality. * Supervise technical teams and/or contractors, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring efficient performance. * Manage materials and/or equipment assigned to each project, ensuring efficient resource utilization. * Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders. * Maintain records of activities and operations. * Ensure achievement of departmental performance indicators and generate performance reports for management or other stakeholders. * Manage the closure of assigned projects across all phases. * Ensure projects comply with applicable regulations, including safety, health, and environmental aspects. * Perform other activities supporting continuity of project operations. Requirements: · Graduate in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. · Minimum 6 months of experience in coordination and/or supervision of telecommunications infrastructure projects, outside plant, fiber optic networks, or FTTH (Mandatory). · Advanced Office skills. · Intermediate AutoCAD skills. · Project Management.
