Job Summary: Supervise and ensure food service for patients and staff, guaranteeing hygiene and quality across all processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure hygiene in food service for patients and staff. 2. Plan menus to meet patients' nutritional requirements. 3. Supervise compliance with sanitary and quality standards. **Description** **Offer** -------------------------- Mission: Ensure food service for patients and staff of the institution by supervising hygiene. Functions: 1\. Continuously supervise processes related to the preparation and distribution of meals and/or formulas produced by the department. 2\. Manage statistics on meals and formulas produced by the department. 3\. Prepare daily, monthly, and annual consolidated reports on consumption of standard and special diets by patients. 4\. Monitor progress of Food Service management indicators, guiding them toward favorable outcomes. 5\. Plan menu structures designed to meet the nutritional requirements of hospitalized patients. 6\. Train technical staff on topics related to fulfilling their responsibilities within the Food Service and Dietetics Department. 7\. Participate in developing specialty guidelines and protocols to update quality standards and provide guidance on parameters according to applicable national and international regulations established for the Nutrition and Dietetics Service. 8\. Supervise and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, LEED, and ACI – Canada International Accreditation throughout all stages of production, in accordance with current sanitary regulations and quality parameters defined by the Nutrition and Dietetics Service. 9\.
