Position Summary: We are seeking experienced sales representatives to build customer trust, provide consultation, negotiate, and close both in-person and virtual sales. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and advisory support, closing in-person and virtual sales. 2. Assistance in developing commercial strategies and visiting potential customers. 3. Proactive, with problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn. We are IZUH PERU, an importing and distribution company with a strong presence in the Peruvian market. We are currently looking to hire **2 experienced sales representatives** for our team. **Work Location:** **Main store in San Miguel – Lima.** **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in commission-based sales and customer service. * Basic-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Extroverted and eager to learn. * Availability to work in **San Miguel** (half a block from Faucett Metro Station). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Excellent customer interaction and service skills. * Proactive, open to learning, and capable of resolving issues. * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Handle incoming leads from advertising campaigns to close sales—either in-person or virtually—with the goal of building long-term customer trust. * Field visits to potential customers, conducted several times per month with the Commercial Manager. * Support in developing commercial strategies for our services. * Advise customers based on their needs and the services we offer. * Prepare quotations so customers can reserve orders, followed by issuance of receipts, shipping guides, and labels for order dispatch. * Negotiate with customers to secure additional product purchases after the initial sale. * Close sales with customers both in-person and virtually. **Benefits:** * Ongoing training on each machine and internal company process. * **Base salary: S/.1,200.** * High commissions + performance bonuses. * Timely biweekly and end-of-month payments. * Pleasant work environment and opportunities for career advancement. * Enrollment in Remype payroll system from day one. * Brand discounts.
