Position Information **Position:** Site Manager **Work Mode:** On-site **Contract Type:** Fixed-Term Project Contract or Specific Service Contract **Working Hours:** Full-time **Work Location:** Province \- Caraz **Requirements:** Licensed and registered professional in Architecture or Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of post-registration experience serving as Site Manager, Resident Engineer, Production Manager, or similar roles. Proven experience in construction execution and supervision. Proficiency in job-related computer tools: AutoCAD, MS Project, Office. Knowledge of construction scheduling and control, timelines, Look Ahead planning, quantity take-offs, and valuations. Desirable experience in metal carpentry, aluminum facades, curtain walls, and glass systems projects. Proactivity and commitment. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise on-site work execution, verifying compliance with drawings, technical specifications, quantity take-offs, and schedules. Control the quality of materials, equipment, and construction methods used on site. Document progress, incidents, and observations through daily and weekly reports. Prepare valuations, analyze extra works, deductions, time extensions, and increased general expenses. Maintain ongoing coordination with clients, supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitor the performance of personnel, materials, equipment, and assigned resources.
