**Role Objective:**
Support the Human Resources department in managing wellness programs, benefits, and employee assistance, contributing to an improved employee experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Support the management of wellness and benefits programs.
Conduct follow-up and provide support in social cases.
Collaborate in health, wellness, and integration campaigns.
Support the preparation of departmental reports and indicators.
Provide support in HR activities.
Other duties related to this position.
**Requirements for Success:**
Student in final semesters (9th or 10th), graduate and/or bachelor's degree in Social Work.
Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
Intermediate-level English proficiency.
Interest in Wellness and Human Resources.
Previous experience in related positions (desirable).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proactivity and service orientation.
