




Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Office Manager to oversee construction projects, prepare budgets and valuations, and ensure efficient execution with high quality standards. We are seeking top talent for the position of: Position: Technical Office Manager Location: Cercado de Lima (Av. Argentina) **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Prepare the project’s target budget and commitment plan. * Prepare quotations and comparative analyses. * Identify and prepare construction change orders. * Prepare valuations for equipment and subcontractors. * Manage valuations with the client. * Prepare the project’s operational result for reporting to management. * Manage administrative procedures and permits required for construction execution. * Review drawing coordination for the project, aiming to reduce discrepancies and facilitate the respective construction execution process. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documentation. * Identify and prepare RFI’s (Requests for Information), with the purpose of collecting written information regarding the capabilities of various suppliers. * Prepare and present the weekly site report. * Calculate the cost impact of change orders and deductive items on the project. * Verify and control materials, equipment, and labor. * Communicate to the site team information received from the client and other site-related functions. * Control technical documentation received from suppliers and subcontractors. * Propose and implement improvements in document management and technical design processes. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Comply with GPYC.SSOMA\-ES\-07 Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities of the OHSMS. Requirements: * Degree holder and licensed in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Experience in building construction. * Tenure: 3 to 4 years as Technical Office Manager. * Postgraduate degree / Diploma in Project Management. Knowledge: * Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Matrix, and Anti-Bribery.
