We are searching for a highly capable professional with strong leadership, analytical ability, and a process optimization mindset to assume leadership of our central warehouse. If you have proven experience ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining seamless logistics flow, we want to meet you.
**Job Mission**
Plan, direct, and control merchandise receiving, storage, custody, and dispatch operations—ensuring inventory accuracy, product integrity, and delivery time efficiency—while leading the operational team under strict safety standards.
**What Will Be Your Responsibilities?**
* **Inventory Management:** Monitor and ensure accuracy between physical inventory and system (ERP) records; lead cyclic and general inventories (zero stockouts and shrinkage control).
* **Operations:** Efficiently supervise merchandise receiving (domestic and imported), *picking*, *packing*, and dispatch processes—optimizing turnaround times.
* **Warehouse Layout Management:** Maintain an optimized warehouse layout, ensuring order, cleanliness (5S methodology), and proper product placement based on rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
* **Team Leadership:** Supervise, train, and evaluate assigned staff (assistants, operators, forklift drivers), establish shifts, and ensure high productivity and a positive work environment.
* **Occupational Safety (OSH):** Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, mitigating operational risks within the warehouse.
**What Are We Looking For?**
* **Education:** Degree in a related field.
* **Experience:** Minimum 4 years in warehouse management or supervision roles, preferably managing technical inventories, spare parts, machinery, or complex industrial categories.
* **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) at intermediate level or higher. Solid understanding of supply chain management and safety regulations.
* **Soft Skills:** Strong yet empathetic leadership, assertive communication across all levels, decision-making under pressure, and continuous process improvement orientation.
**Work Conditions and Benefits**
* **Work Location:** San Juan de Lurigancho (SJL) \- 100% on-site work.
* **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month
