Participation in continuous improvement of administrative processes Job Objective Provide direct support to the Administrative Manager in executing and monitoring the company's administrative, operational, and control processes, contributing to maintaining orderly, efficient, and timely management. This position is designed to develop a professional with growth potential within the organization, preparing them to progressively assume greater administrative responsibilities. Main Responsibilities * Provide direct support to the Administrative Manager in the department's daily activities. * Organize, classify, and maintain up-to-date physical and digital archives of administrative documentation. * Prepare, review, and track administrative documents, reports, and management-requested reports. * Record and update information in internal systems and company databases. * Support payment, collections, contract, purchase order, and other administrative documentation control and tracking. * Verify accuracy of supporting documents, commercial documents, and administrative records. * Conduct queries and validations on platforms such as SUNAT, banking institutions, and other portals related to administrative management. * Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, Accounting, and Sales departments to ensure timely information flow. * Participate in continuous improvement of administrative processes by proposing optimization opportunities. * Perform other duties assigned by the Administrative Manager according to company needs. Position ProfileAcademic Qualifications * University or technical studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields (currently enrolled, graduated, or bachelor's degree). Knowledge * Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel and Word. * Proficiency in Office 365 tools. * Basic knowledge of document management and administrative processes. * Familiarity with payment vouchers, invoicing, and SUNAT inquiries is desirable.
