Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer specialist in quantity surveying, cost estimation, scheduling, and valuation for construction supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in supervision of road and infrastructure projects 2. Civil Engineer with experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and valuation 3. Minimum 3 years of experience in construction execution/supervision **SPECIALIST IN QUANTITY SURVEYING, COST ESTIMATION, SCHEDULING, AND VALUATION** **Construction Supervision: Virgen de Chapi Bridge – Arequipa** **Required Profile:** * **Profession:** Licensed, registered, and authorized Civil Engineer. * **Professional Registration:** Minimum **3 years** of active registration. **Experience:** * Minimum professional experience of **three (03\) years** performing duties as: * Engineer and/or specialist in quantity surveying, cost estimation, valuation, and construction planning. * Engineer and/or specialist in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and valuation. * Engineer and/or specialist in quantity surveying, cost estimation, budgeting, and valuation. * Engineer and/or specialist in cost estimation and budgeting. * Quantity Surveyor, Valuation, and Settlement Engineer. * Specialist in quantity surveying, valuation, and settlement. * Engineer and/or specialist in cost estimation, quantity surveying, valuation, and settlement. * Head of Technical Office, Engineering Office, Planning and Cost Office. * Experience must have been gained in: **Construction execution and/or supervision**, and/or **road, highway, or similar infrastructure projects.** **Conditions:** * **Applicants who do not strictly meet the required profile must refrain from applying.** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
