Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Manager for the mining sector, responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing maintenance activities. Key Highlights: 1. Optimize maintenance processes **We are looking for top talent to fill the position of MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER in the mining sector.** REQUIREMENTS: \- Licensed Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineer \- Minimum 3 years leading mechanical and/or electrical maintenance in underground mining (Mandatory). \- Experience maintaining Trackless equipment, Yellow Line equipment, electrical equipment, and maintenance management systems. Specialist in mechanical-electrical maintenance. \- Experience with high- and low-voltage electrical systems. \- Basic knowledge of mining safety and environmental regulations. \- Availability to work under an atypical work schedule of 20 days on / 10 days off. \- Willingness to travel. \- Availability to work at the Pueblo Libre office. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Plan and supervise maintenance activities: Coordinate and organize preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment and essential electrical systems in mining operations, ensuring their availability and optimal performance. \- Manage diagnostics and repairs: Perform technical diagnostics for complex failures and implement corrective actions to ensure rapid resolution of issues affecting mobile and fixed equipment. \- Optimize maintenance processes: Continuously evaluate and improve maintenance procedures to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize equipment downtime. \- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure quality of external services: Supervise maintenance interventions performed by external suppliers, ensuring work quality and proper procurement of spare parts and equipment. \- Implement a maintenance management system: Establish and maintain a system enabling the recording, tracking, and analysis of all maintenance activities for improved planning and operational control.
