Position Summary:
A professional responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System in projects, preparing reports, and coordinating technical and documentation-related aspects.

**REQUIREMENTS**
* Electrical, mechanical, or civil engineer, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management for construction projects.
* Knowledge of materials, certifications, and Peruvian and international technical standards.
* Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System across all project phases.
* Prepare monthly project progress reports (construction procedure records, installed materials, ICI tests, commissioning tests, and performed tests).
* Generate weekly quality control and progress reports for projects: alignment with acceptance criteria and completion of documentary closeout.
* Collaborate with predecessors to support valuation substantiation.
* Communicate any project changes and inform the Technical Office for appropriate client valuation.
* Review and understand contractual information.
* Address technical inquiries arising during the project, justifying them with applicable national or international technical standards for conduit installation, conductor laying, or any other project materials.
* Control and ensure the test plan for signing FAT, ICI, and commissioning protocols.
* Prepare operation and maintenance manuals, drawings (at all stages), and technical documentation for installed systems.
* Prepare project progress and closeout reports for project quality dossiers.
* Participate in site visits to compile and record observations and prepare project completion certificates.
* Record damages caused by third parties for claims against the client.
* Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
