Position Summary: We are seeking an MEP Supervisor to review client requirements, manage procurement, control execution and valuations, and review As-Built drawings. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in construction project supervision. 2. Comprehensive management of documentation and specialty procurement. 3. Direct and continuous control over construction execution and valuations. At SUMAC, we are seeking an MEP Supervisor. Responsibilities: ○ Review and interpret client requirements for integrating the submitted dossier. ○ Review the construction dossier. ○ Submit and administratively manage procurement documentation (procurement) related to specialty equipment for the project. ○ Directly and continuously address any questions or observations arising during construction execution, in coordination with the Project Manager and Technical Office. ○ Directly and continuously monitor construction valuations against specialty line items. ○ Review As-Built drawings during project close-out (within one month per the construction schedule). Requirements: \-.Licensed, registered, and authorized Professional in Electromechanical Engineering. \- 8 years of experience in Retail construction projects. \-.Specialization in Project Management or similar field. \-.Advanced MS Office proficiency. \-.Advanced MS Project proficiency. \-.Intermediate AutoCAD proficiency. \- Proficiency in Unit Price Analysis for Installation Line Items. \-.BIM viewer-mode proficiency. \-.SketchUp viewer-mode proficiency. \-.Knowledge of the National Building Code. \-.Knowledge of the CNE and NFPA standards. \-.Project management software.
