At INSALUD, we are looking for a Field Interviewer to support information collection for our research projects, ensuring the quality and reliability of the data obtained. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer face-to-face surveys to patients or users, following established guidelines. * Record information accurately, completely, and truthfully. * Report daily progress, as well as incidents or alerts identified in the field. * Coordinate with the team to cover assigned locations according to site. * Meet established targets and information collection protocols. * Provide support for activities related to research projects, including assistance with documentation and follow-up. **Requirements:** \- Currently enrolled in or graduated from technical or university studies in Psychology, Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. \- Prior experience in field surveys, customer service, or fieldwork (preferred). \- Communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills. \- Responsibility and commitment to information quality. \- Availability for on-site work and rotation across sites. **Conditions:** 100% on-site work. Rotation across sites: Jesús María, Golf (Surco), and HUB. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM–1 PM Job Type: Full\-time Pay: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: In person
