**Job Objective:** Assist in the company's metallurgical processes, optimizing metal and material production, and ensuring quality throughout all stages of extraction and refining. **Requirements:** * Student in the final cycles of Metallurgical Engineering. * Knowledge of metal extraction and refining processes. * **Software knowledge**: AutoCAD, metallurgical simulation software (Aspen Plus, SimuSage), SAP for production management. * **English**: Basic/intermediate level (desirable). * **Office skills**: Intermediate level (advanced Excel for data analysis, Word for technical reports, PowerPoint for presentations). **Responsibilities:** * Support in controlling and optimizing metallurgical processes such as metal smelting and refining. * Assist in conducting metallurgical tests and trials to ensure the quality of produced materials. * Collaborate in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs in metallurgical processes. * Support in preparing technical reports on the quality of metals and alloys. * Collaborate in failure analysis and propose solutions to improve final product quality. **Competencies:** * Analytical ability. * Critical and logical thinking. * Responsibility and focus on continuous improvement. * Teamwork and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary projects. * Proactivity in identifying problems and solutions within metallurgical processes.
