Position Summary: A mining-experienced professional responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling personnel-related activities, including recruitment, evaluation, training, development, and compensation administration. Comprehensive personnel management and support for workers. ***Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Occupational Health and Safety Engineering*** ***Minimum 2 years of experience in the position, preferably within the mining sector*** ***Training or specialization in occupational health and safety, with a minimum duration of 120 hours.*** Plan, organize, direct, and control activities required for personnel selection and hiring. Monitor and guide the performance evaluation process and its implementation in accordance with current regulations. Develop and implement an annual induction, training, and development plan for all personnel based on their assigned departments and functions. Coordinate and provide timely support to workers regarding tangible and intangible compensation, benefits, and other entitlements, as well as staff recognition, in compliance with applicable provisions. Perform administrative tasks related to modifying, relocating, terminating, or creating new departments and workgroups. Design, organize, direct, and control professional training and development programs within the organization. Implement and monitor that personnel receive all information relevant to regulations, procedures, policies, and other matters essential for performing their duties.
