Welding Technician

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for preparing, conditioning, and welding materials; fabricating structures; operating machinery; and conducting quality control of welds. Key Responsibilities: 1. Weld and prepare materials, selecting appropriate equipment and tools. 2. Fabricate structures according to drawings and take precise measurements. 3. Perform quality control and weld strength testing. \- Prepare and condition materials for welding, selecting appropriate welding equipment, filler materials, and measuring and control tools. \- Fabricate structures according to drawing specifications after taking required measurements. \- Perform basic maintenance on equipment used and on the workshop, as well as carry out daily cleaning of the work area. \- Operate available machines and equipment properly, following user manuals and work instructions. \- Conduct quality control and weld strength testing in accordance with national and international technical standards. \- Inspect the condition of metal plates and perform leveling as required. \- Assemble components and perform requested welding tasks.
