As an Accounting Analyst Sr., you will support accurate financial reporting, month\-end close activities, and financial analysis to enable effective decision\-making. You will collaborate across functions, assist audits, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance. **What You’ll Do** * Prepare account reconciliations and support month\-end close. * Research and reconcile general ledger accounts. * Provide timely financial information to business partners. * Support Cost activities and special projects. * Prepare audit documentation for internal and external auditors. * Contribute to process improvements and innovation initiatives. **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. * 1\+ year of Finance experience. * Advanced Excel: SAP preferred (Power BI/Tableau a plus). * Knowledge of Local GAAP/IFRS and U.S. GAAP. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Intermediate English; strong communication and teamwork skills. **What Will Set You Apart** * Ability to explain complex financial data clearly. * Experience driving continuous improvement. * Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. * Proactive mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. \#LI\-SN1 Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
