More information: http://coderio.com We are looking for a **Business Analyst** with experience in requirements elicitation, functional documentation, and working with agile teams. You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to define business solutions, manage the backlog, and ensure accurate definition of user stories and acceptance criteria. **What You Can Expect from This Role (Responsibilities)** --------------------------------------------------------- * Elicit, analyze, and document functional and business requirements. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into functional solutions. * Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation. * Manage and prioritize the product backlog. * Work closely with development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Use Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation. * Leverage Atlassian Rovo to optimize information search, documentation, and knowledge management. * Collaborate with technical teams using GitHub and GitHub Copilot to understand workflows and facilitate communication between business and technology. **Mandatory Requirements** -------------------------- * \+3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. * Experience in requirements elicitation and analysis. * Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation. * Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence. * Knowledge or experience using Atlassian Rovo. * Familiarity with GitHub and GitHub Copilot. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Desirable Qualifications** ------------- * Experience in digital transformation or software development projects. * Knowledge of AI tools applied to functional analysis or project management. * Ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic environments. * Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and focus on continuous improvement. **Benefits** -------------- 100% remote Long-term commitment, with autonomy and impact Strategic role with high visibility in a modern engineering culture Collaborative international team and strong technical leadership Career development and growth opportunities within Coderio ### **Why Join Coderio?** At Coderio, we value talent regardless of location.
