JOB DESCRIPTION A leading agro-industrial company is seeking a professional to fill the position of Forecasting and Supply Planning Coordinator, with the following responsibilities: * Develop harvest volume forecasts at annual budget, campaign, monthly, and weekly levels, based on phenological and productive variables of blueberry cultivation. * Coordinate and validate with technical departments key indicators regarding crop performance in relation to agronomic management. * Design and implement field evaluation scheduling, optimizing personnel, tools, and equipment usage according to defined estimation objectives. * Supervise field activities of the evaluation team, verifying compliance with established procedures and timelines. * Analyze and compare evaluation results against growth models, reporting significant deviations to the Superintendence. * Validate sampling designs used in evaluations, ensuring their suitability to the company’s technical parameters and forecasting criteria. * Efficiently manage and allocate area resources (materials, equipment, and tools) among operational staff. * Prepare forecasting reports and participate in the weekly harvest committee and meetings with the Supply Chain Planning Management. * Supervise compliance with integrated management system guidelines concerning safety, quality, and environmental matters. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics Engineering, or Computer Engineering. Knowledge of blueberry cultivation (phenology, agronomic management, good agricultural practices). Sampling methodologies and applied statistics. Advanced Microsoft Office (advanced Excel mandatory). Basic SQL. Three years of experience in crop forecasting processes or statistical/mathematical tasks; two years specifically in crop forecasting and statistical analysis.
