Responsibilities: * Continuously evaluate and monitor integrated services, their changes, and new initiatives to identify pain points and improvement opportunities. * Track requirements and projects throughout their entire lifecycle, interacting with involved departments to ensure development proceeds as planned. * Learn the electronic money platform’s operation to resolve queries and issues raised by partners and third parties, and to propose process optimizations. * Participate in incident management at **the operational second and third levels.** This includes ticket assignment, log collection, root cause analysis to determine solutions, and coordination of necessary activities with partners and involved teams. * Plan, organize, execute, and control tasks related to operational activities required to ensure 24/7 operation. * Possess the **ability to generate reports, statistics, and presentations related to reported incidents and monitoring results.** * Assist, train, and provide technical support to organizational users. Requirements: * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * 2–3 years of experience in similar positions. * Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and MySQL. * Intermediate knowledge of AWS Lambda and AWS CloudWatch. * Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills; intermediate English proficiency. **Benefits:** * Full-time employment contract. * Opportunity for professional growth.
