Summary: Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a Senior Search Analyst to transform international client businesses by running and activating search campaigns, guiding team members, and ensuring client success. Work with advanced search platforms and a global team Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a Senior Search Analyst who wants to help our global clients succeed and our team continues growing. You will directly contribute to transforming our international clients 'businesses by running and activating search campaigns and guiding team members to improve their technical goals, having direct contact with worldwide agencies. This role will be responsible for campaign management activities such as campaign set\-up, documentation creation and maintenance, QA, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation. You’ll identify and implement optimizations and provide input for the client. The ideal candidate has independence and focus on quality and is eager to grow together with more than 5\.000 employees of Publicis Global Delivery in the world. Handling daily campaign maintenance, including pacing and performance, as well as troubleshooting and optimization Proactively identify client’s growth opportunities and take actions to ensure it happens. Assist in Search and Digital Media training sessions. You will have the time and opportunity to grow and help others succeed. Oversee the development, the rollout, and the adherence to search media best practices. Prepare, train, and certify yourself to evolve and continue your career path within PGD, while working on your daily tasks. Develop, improve, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service. Provide the clients with recommendations and optimization strategies that are aligned with their objectives. Research keywords and forecast search volumes, cost rates \& engagement rates for upcoming plans, planning product launches and campaigns. Running the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance Demonstrating diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the full campaign life\-cycle Must require: Advance expertise in two or more Search platforms such as Google, Bing and SA360\. Strong communication skills. Result oriented skills. Attention to details skills. Analytical skills. Previously trained in digital branding or performance campaigns. In\-depth knowledge of search platforms, operating as an in\-agency expert while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape. Intermediate Excel knowledge. Strong teamwork and client orientation skills to help the team grow. Strong analytical skills. Strong knowledge managing media planning tools. Strong knowledge of Bulk Edits Intermediate knowledge on reporting tools such as Data Studio, Supermetrics, Power Bi and Datorama. Good to have: Advance Level Strong knowledge in one/two of the following fields: Media planning Media Buying Creative strategy Ad Serving Tools: GCM, Sizmek. Bidding Management Tools: Marin, Kenshoo, 4C. Verification Tools: IAS \- MOAT. Knowledge managing 3rd party tool knowledge (Smartly, Sprinklr, 4C Insights) is a plus.
