At **Greta Labs**, we are looking for a **Senior BI Analyst** with solid experience in Business Intelligence, dashboard governance, and semantic model architecture. We seek an analytical, strategic professional with a cross-functional business vision, capable of transforming data into scalable BI solutions and generating valuable insights for decision-making. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. **Requirements:** * Diploma or specialization in Data Analytics or BI. * Proficiency in SQL, Power BI (DAX and semantic models), and Microsoft Fabric. **Experience:** * Minimum 4 years of experience as an Analyst in related roles. * Desired experience using Python for automation and applied statistics. * Experience in semantic model architecture, metric certification, and quality assurance. * Experience designing dashboard governance standards and documenting metric dictionaries. * Experience with agile methodologies and data storytelling. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and maintain semantic models. * Design and implement dashboard governance standards, propose improvements, and participate in pilot validations to establish enterprise-wide dashboard governance. * Drive automation and improvement initiatives for reporting and dashboard governance processes to reduce manual and repetitive work by the BI team. * Enable self-service: document metric dictionaries and available models to reduce business units' dependency on the BI team for information access. * Manage assigned products and address complex cross-functional requirements, converting them into reusable solutions to ensure product continuity and turn requirements into reusable assets. * Identify improvement opportunities leveraging cross-functional visibility across models and present findings to management to influence business decisions with insights not apparent from a single product perspective. **Are you ready to take on this new challenge?** If you have the required experience and are seeking an opportunity to contribute your expertise in **BI, analytics, and data governance**, we want to meet you. **Apply now and join the new challenges we are driving at Greta Labs!** Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
