Job Summary: IDM Technology is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to analyze, validate, and transform banking and financial information, and to participate in data migration and integration projects. Design reports, dashboards, and strategic indicators IDM Technology, specialists in IT solutions, is looking for a **Senior Data Analyst** to join a major company in the region. Main Responsibilities: * Analyze, validate, and transform data originating from banking and financial systems. * Participate in data migration and integration projects across core banking platforms. * Design and build reports, dashboards, and strategic indicators. * Perform functional and technical analysis of financial data, customers, credit, and banking products. * Execute ETL processes and data quality validations. * Coordinate with functional teams, architecture, risk, business, and technology units. * Generate technical and functional documentation related to data processes. * Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. * Participate in projects related to the Bantotal core banking system. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role in the banking sector. * Mandatory experience in the financial or banking industry. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with the Bantotal core banking system. * Experience in banking migration, integration, or digital transformation projects. Advanced SQL proficiency. * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. * Knowledge of ETL, data modeling, and data governance. * Python, Databricks, or Big Data tools experience is desirable. * Experience working with agile methodologies.
