Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Assistant to support logistics management, stock control, and ensure proper distribution of bakery and pastry products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the receipt and verification of raw materials and supplies 2. Control stock levels and product rotation (FIFO/LIFO) 3. Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness in accordance with food safety standards We are SFC Turrones Calderón, a Peruvian company with over 30 years of experience in the **production, marketing, and distribution of bakery and pastry products.** We are currently seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Assistant. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education (mandatory). * Technical studies in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Food Industry preferred. * Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience, preferably in food or retail companies. * Knowledge of storage and inventory control. * Training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food hygiene standards is desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Responsibilities** * Receive and verify raw materials, supplies, packaging, and containers. * Record incoming and outgoing merchandise. * Monitor stock levels and ensure correct product rotation (FIFO/LIFO). * Prepare orders and assist in managing the finished goods warehouse. * Timely supply of production area requirements. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness, complying with food safety standards. * Support inventory counts and internal controls.
