Opportunity for professional development in the baking and pastry sector We are SFC Turrones Calderón, a Peruvian company with over 30 years of experience dedicated to the **production, marketing, and distribution of bakery and pastry products.** We are currently looking for a Quality Assistant who meets the following profile: REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or graduate in **Food Industry Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields**. * Knowledge of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**, **HACCP**, and **sanitary regulations**. * Minimum of **1 YEAR** of quality control experience in food industry companies (preferred). * Teamwork skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Availability to work in SMP (near Ovalo Canta Callao). * Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM \+ **OVERTIME** Monday through Saturday. BENEFITS * Formal employment under the **MYPE** payroll system from day one (CTS, bonuses, vacations, etc.). * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. * Bi-weekly salary advances. * Meal allowance.
