(Your responsibilities):** * Guide the guest experience: You’ll learn to greet our diners with a warm smile, recommend our dishes, and guide them throughout their visit. * Master the art of service: You’ll be trained in order-taking, using our system, and following proper protocol for serving food and beverages at the table. * Wine culture: Discover the world of wine from scratch; we’ll teach you correct bottle opening, service techniques, and basic food-and-wine pairing principles. * Pre-service preparation (Mise en place): You’ll help ensure the dining room is immaculate, beautiful, and ready before opening — attending to every detail of the tables. * Teamwork: You’ll serve as the perfect bridge between kitchen, bar, and guests — always relying on your teammates to ensure seamless service. **Who are we looking for?
