We are currently seeking Multifunctional Assistants to join our customer service team. The position requires individuals with a service-oriented vocation, proactive attitude, and availability to work rotating shifts (*morning, afternoon, and night*). Work takes place in a dynamic environment involving both operational tasks and direct customer interaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide courteous and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries or escalating as needed. 2. Perform cashier duties, billing, and collection for products or services. 3. Support restocking, organization, and cleaning of the work area. 4. Adhere to established service, safety, and customer care protocols. 5. Report and document any operational incidents or customer requests. EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time (8 hours) / Part Time (4 hours) BENEFITS 1.
