




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Accounting Assistant to provide accounting and administrative support, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in invoice registration and accounting operations. 2. Assistance in bank reconciliations and expense control. 3. Administrative management, including document filing and coordination with suppliers. We seek a proactive **Accounting Assistant** who also provides administrative support for the office in **Arequipa**. We are looking for an organized individual capable of multitasking and detail-oriented. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in registering invoices and accounting transactions in the accounting system. * Support in bank reconciliations and expense control. * Organization and digitization of tax documents. * Drafting and filing of letters, contracts, and internal documents. * Support in coordinating with suppliers and managing office supply inventory. * Other administrative support tasks assigned by the supervisor. **Candidate Requirements** * Final-year student or graduate in Accounting. * 6 months of experience in similar (accounting) roles. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Word. * Availability for on-site work in Arequipa (Intersection of Av. Independencia and Victor Lira). * Availability: Full Time or Part Time (mornings).
