Teamwork and results-oriented mindset * **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **We are a well-established restaurant group and are currently seeking talent to fill the Chef position at our restaurants located in the Miraflores district.** * **Knowledge: Food Handling Good Practices Regulations.** * **Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a kitchen assistant in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments.** * **Skills: Organizational ability, results orientation, goal-based performance, ability to work under pressure.** * **Age: Over 25 years old** **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work areas, storage rooms, and any other areas designated by the head chef. * Perform mise en place in assigned work area. * Rotate across kitchen departments: hot line, cold station, grill. * Carry out other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
