At peruBN, we are looking for a **BACK-END PROGRAMMER ANALYST** with experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing technological applications and services, actively contributing to the development of solutions that support organizational processes.

Main Responsibilities
* Develop new functionalities for internal applications and systems.
* Maintain and enhance existing Back-End solutions.
* Support requirements analysis to translate them into technological solutions.
* Design and update RESTful APIs to facilitate communication among different systems.
* Implement business logic rules and processes within applications.
* Perform queries and updates on relational databases.
* Collaborate on integrating applications with external platforms and services.
* Identify, analyze, and resolve issues in developed systems.
* Implement performance and operational improvements for applications.
* Participate in process automation and information exchange between systems.
* Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for all developments.
* Conduct basic testing to validate proper functionality of implemented features.
* Manage source code using version control tools.
* Adhere to established coding standards and guidelines set by the team.
* Provide support in addressing application-related incidents.
* Collaborate on technological improvement and process digitization initiatives.
* Explore new tools and technologies that may contribute to project development.
Required Profile
Education
Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or related fields.
Experience
* Minimum of **1 year of experience** in software development or similar roles.
* Experience participating in web application development.
* Experience working with relational databases.
* Knowledge or experience with APIs and web services.
* Agile methodology experience is desirable.
Technical Skills
* Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as **Python, PHP, JavaScript, C#, or Java**.
* Familiarity with frameworks such as **Laravel, Django, Flask, .NET, Node.js, or equivalents**.
* Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
* Experience with databases such as **SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB**.
* Knowledge of REST API consumption and development.
* Proficiency in Git and tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
* Understanding of software development principles and best practices.
* Basic knowledge of methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
* Docker knowledge is desirable.
* Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise platforms is desirable.
* Basic knowledge of cloud services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is desirable.
