Position Summary: We are seeking a cook for a specialty café with experience in hot kitchen operations and leadership, focused on dish preparation, production, inventory management, and cleaning. Promotes innovation and adaptability in the kitchen We are Ká Coffee, a specialty café located in Magdalena del Mar. We are currently looking for a cook. Requirements: \- University or technical degree in gastronomy or related field. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in hot kitchen operations \- Leadership skills Responsibilities include: \- Preparing all dishes on our menu (sandwiches, waffles, pasta, salads, tostones, brunch, breakfast). \- Conducting production for menu items. \- Organizing inventory and rotating supplies while preserving quality. \- Ensuring adherence to good kitchen practices. \- Cleaning the work area. Maintaining cleanliness is critical. Our kitchen space is limited, so strong organizational skills are essential. Initiative and high motivation to perform effectively in this role are crucial. Our specialty focuses on sandwiches. We continuously seek innovative approaches, so adaptability is highly valued. Schedule: Mon\-Sun, Shift 1: 7:30 AM \- 3:30 PM; Shift 2: 3:00 PM \- 11:00 PM. One day off between Mon\-Thu Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
