At **Amankaya**, we are seeking a passionate cook with strong teamwork skills, speed, and commitment to quality to join our crew. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Experience:** Minimum of **1 year** in similar positions (preferably in seafood, Peruvian, or fusion cuisine restaurants). * **Availability:** Full availability to work on **rotating shifts**. * **Competencies:** Speed, organization, thorough cleanliness, and excellent attitude for working under pressure. * **Knowledge:** Good Food Handling Practices (GHP) and inventory rotation control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Production and delivery of dishes from the assigned station, following recipe standards. * Maintaining order, hygiene, and proper storage of ingredients in the assigned area. * Assisting with daily inventories and kitchen organization. **What do we offer?** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Benefits under the **Small Business Regime**. * Meals provided. * Excellent work environment aligned with the restaurant’s culture.
