Job Objective Expand the customer base and ensure achievement of commercial targets by promoting, advising on, and selling the company's power transmission equipment and industrial automation solutions. Main Responsibilities * Prospect and generate new clients in the industrial sector. * Conduct commercial visits, presentations, and negotiations. * Prepare quotations and follow up on submitted proposals. * Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction. * Maintain an updated customer database. * Coordinate with the procurement and logistics departments to fulfill orders. * Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. * Report progress and results to management on a weekly basis. Job Requirements * Education: Technical or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (industrial sector or related fields preferred). * Knowledge: o Consultative selling. o Negotiation techniques. o CRM and digital tools proficiency. o Knowledge of industrial products (power transmission or automation preferred). * Languages: Basic English (preferred).
