Key Responsibilities:* Design, develop, implement and supervise the organization’s EHS programs and procedures to safeguard employees and communities, ensuring all facilities comply with regulations. * Conduct planned inspections, behavioral observations, training and coaching, and follow-up on the implementation of strategies for risk minimization. * Advise internal clients on incident reporting and investigation, and track the closure of corrective actions. * Actively participate with the assigned investigative team in root cause analysis and establishment of corrective actions for incidents occurring under the assigned service contract. * Deliver EHS training and coordinate with the assigned contract manager to ensure required training is provided upon employee onboarding and throughout their employment. * Ensure compliance with critical controls and other management tools established by the organization and the client. * Verify and keep up-to-date the list of personnel authorized to perform high-risk work under the assigned contract. Requirements:* Be an engineer, registered with the corresponding professional association, holding a degree in Industrial, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields. * Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, as well as Peruvian regulations, including Law No. 29783, Supreme Decree No. 024-EM, etc. (mandatory) * Hold a diploma and/or certification of 120 academic hours in occupational safety and health. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in underground mining. * Minimum 1 year’s experience in implementing and/or participating in integrated management systems. * Availability to travel to the mine on rotating shifts, if required. * Intermediate level of English language proficiency.
