Job Summary: Perform monthly dynamic maintenance of equipment, diagnose issues, and report findings to ensure optimal operation and customer retention, in accordance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Dynamic equipment maintenance and diagnosis. 2. Reporting of spare parts and completed work. 3. Contribution to compliance with internal policies. ***What is your mission?*** Carry out the monthly dynamic maintenance routines assigned by the route supervisor and report worn spare parts, in accordance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures, ensuring equipment operates optimally and achieving customer retention. * ***Responsibilities:*** \- Perform monthly dynamic maintenance and verify proper equipment operation. \- Diagnose equipment issues, identify spare parts requiring replacement, and report them via the mobile application. \- Report executed work and equipment-related details to the route supervisor through the Otis application. \- Complete technical reports accurately. \- Support compliance with company-established internal policies. \- Perform other job-related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: \- Electronic Technician, Mechanical Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, and/or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months’ experience in elevator maintenance (preferred). \- Experience in mechanical, elevator, and platform electrical maintenance. * ***Benefits*** \- Market-competitive salary. \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. \- Mobility bonus. \- Ongoing training.
