Main Responsibilities * Support in developing and updating financial models. * Monitoring of cash flows, budgets, and financial schedules. * Preparation of financial reports and information for management. * Support in analyzing investment projects and conducting financial evaluations. * Control and monitoring of operational and financial project information. * Coordination and collection of information across different departments. * Support in financial forecasting and scenario analysis. Requirements * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in finance, administration, or related areas (including internships). * Proficiency in Excel. * Analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail. * Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally. * Positive attitude, communication skills, and ability to work in a team. Preferred Qualifications * Interest in corporate finance, project evaluation, or the real estate sector. * Knowledge of cash flow analysis, NPV, and IRR. * Experience in banking, real estate firms, investment funds, or financial institutions. * Proficiency in data analysis and information presentation tools.
