At **SJ Ingenieros**, a company with extensive experience in advertising implementation, visual merchandising, and nationwide projects, we are looking for a **Graphic Designer with experience in production and printing** who wants to grow within a dynamic and demanding environment. **What We Are Looking For:** * Technician or graduate in Graphic Design or related fields. * Minimum **3 years of experience in graphic design** applied to production. * Minimum **2 years operating printing equipment** (large-format printing, plotters, laminators, etc.). * Proficiency in **CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator** (mandatory). * Knowledge of **3D design** (desirable). * Availability for night shifts or emergency work (compensated according to law). **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare, adapt, and print artwork ensuring **quality and compliance with specifications**. * Develop designs, sketches, and adjustments based on client or commercial department requirements. * Operate printing equipment: **large-format printing plotter**, **cutting plotter**, **lamination machine**, and other equipment in the department. * Coordinate with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. * Manage versions and modifications of artwork, ensuring up-to-date information. * Verify proper functioning of equipment and availability of materials. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and good practices in the workplace. * Accurately record performed activities. * Support operational workshop tasks as needed. **Profile We Value:** * Commitment, responsibility, and honesty. * Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality. * Proactivity and solution-oriented mindset. * Strong coordination skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the company. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment registration (MYPE regime). * Overtime pay in accordance with the law. * Job stability in a growing company. * Continuous learning through real, high-impact projects. * Positive work environment and collaborative team.
