Description

Job Summary: Support preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of plastic injection molding machines, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and hydraulic failures. Key Highlights: 1. Diagnosis and repair of mechanical and hydraulic failures in injection molding machines. 2. Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. 3. Identification of component wear and proposals for replacement. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Support preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of plastic injection molding machines. \- Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic failures in injection equipment. \- Perform disassembly, repair, and reassembly of hydraulic components (pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses). \- Verify pressure, flow rate, temperature, and condition of hydraulic oil. \- Inspect hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems throughout the plant. \- Identify component wear and propose timely replacements. \- Diagnose failures in screws, heaters, molds, and cooling systems. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical diploma in maintenance mechanics, hydraulic mechanics, mechatronics, or related fields. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in injection molding machine maintenance. \- Knowledge of basic pneumatics, industrial lubrication, and measuring instruments. **WORK SCHEDULE:** \- Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. \- 7 p.m. / Saturday: 7 a.m. \- 1 p.m. **SALARY RANGE:** \- Negotiable salary Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
