Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience to supervise quality standards, implement management systems, and lead continuous improvement projects in industrial plants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise compliance with quality standards in production 2. Implement and maintain the quality management system 3. Lead continuous improvement projects and defect reduction Job Requirements Academic Qualifications * Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Food Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or related fields. Experience * Minimum 3 years in similar positions. * Experience in industrial plants or manufacturing. Knowledge * ISO 9001 quality management systems. * BPM, HACCP (if applicable). * Quality indicators. * Internal audits. * Continuous improvement tools. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Main Responsibilities * Supervise compliance with quality standards in production. * Implement and maintain the quality management system. * Develop and update procedures, work instructions, and forms. * Monitor quality indicators and report results to management. * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Manage corrective and preventive actions. * Supervise inspections of raw materials, processes, and finished products. * Train staff on quality, BPM, safety, and procedures. * Handle customer complaints related to quality. * Coordinate with production and maintenance departments to improve processes. * Verify compliance with applicable technical and legal standards. * Lead continuous improvement projects and defect reduction. * Control documentation and records of the department.
