




Requirements * Minimum **6 months to 1 year of kitchen experience** (desirable, not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of fish and seafood handling. * Knowledge of salad and cold dish preparation. * Proper understanding of food hygiene and handling standards. * Organization, cleanliness, and responsibility. * Proactive, dynamic attitude with willingness to learn. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Good personal appearance. * Availability to work shifts: **9:00 am to 5:30 pm from Tuesday to Sunday**, with additional shifts on evenings and holidays. * Immediate availability. Responsibilities * Assist in the cold section preparation: fish, seafood, salads, appetizers, and mise en place. * Cleaning, cutting, and portioning of ingredients for the section. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, equipment, and utensils. * Comply with company-established quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. * Support the kitchen team as required by service demands. * At the end of the shift, leave the area clean, organized, and stocked for the next service.
