Professional development through rotation across different kitchen areas * **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **We are a well-known restaurant group in the industry and are currently seeking talent to fill the Cook position for restaurants located in the Miraflores district.** * **Knowledge: Food Handling Good Practices Standards.** * **Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a kitchen assistant in restaurants, hotels, or related establishments.** * **Skills: Organizational ability, results-oriented mindset, objective-based performance, ability to work under pressure.** * **Over 25 years of age** **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned work area, storage areas, and any other areas designated by the head chef. * Perform mise en place in your assigned work area. * Rotate across kitchen stations: hot line, cold station, grill. * Carry out other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
