Supplier coordination and quality control At TAMAL TABIEN, we seek a Logistics Coordinator responsible for ensuring the timely supply of inputs and proper inventory control, guaranteeing that production never halts due to raw material shortages. *You will lead a logistics assistant.* **Main Responsibilities** * Inventory control: recording, counting, and updating stock levels of inputs and finished products * Procurement management: requesting quotations, negotiating, and purchasing inputs according to production needs * Supplier coordination: tracking orders, delivery timelines, and quality of received goods * Supervising and delegating tasks to the logistics assistant * Periodic reporting on inventory, procurement, and costs to the administrative department * Identifying losses or discrepancies and proposing process improvements **Requirements** * Prior experience in logistics, procurement, or inventory control (preferably in food industry) * Strong organizational skills and supplier management capability * Basic proficiency in Excel or spreadsheet software * Ability to lead assigned personnel * Availability to work Monday through Saturday **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in prepared food/food service industry * Knowledge of good food handling practices Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
