Propose and implement improvements in industrial processes. **GRC INGENIERÍA Y SERVICIOS S.A.C. is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer!** We are looking for a committed, analytical, and results-oriented professional who wishes to join our engineering team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and technical solutions. **Job Objective** Ensure efficiency of designs, components, and processes within the department by optimizing performance, costs, and resources, as well as leading and supervising engineering team activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and model mechanical components using specialized software. * Develop, review, and supervise technical drawings and specifications. * Ensure timely and accurate issuance of technical documents, complying with quality standards and established deadlines. * Design and manage part numbering systems and technical manuals. * Plan and conduct performance and safety validation tests. * Supervise and guide the engineering team, assign tasks, and provide technical support. * Participate in preparing technical documents: calculation reports, reports, bills of materials, and schedules. * Propose and implement process improvements to optimize costs and resources. * Ensure appropriate planning of material procurement. * Maintain the department’s database up to date. * Train the team on procedures and new technologies. * Prepare periodic performance reports for the department. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical part design (mining sector experience preferred). **Knowledge** * Advanced mechanical design. * Advanced SolidWorks proficiency. * Technical drawing interpretation. * Hydraulics knowledge (basic to advanced level). * Calculation report preparation and CAE simulation. * MS Office (intermediate level). * Industrial process optimization. **Competencies** * Results orientation * Effective communication * Teamwork * Quality and precision in work * Proactivity * Analytical ability **Work Modality** Salary: S/.2,800.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
