Requirements: * Mechanical Engineer (minimum Bachelor’s degree). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance and projects. * Proven experience in: * Construction and installation of metallic structures. * Installation of industrial equipment. * Construction and installation of black steel and stainless-steel piping. * Construction and installation of PP, HDPE, and other industrial material piping. * Installation and supervision of scaffolding for elevated work. * Solid knowledge of preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment. * Ability to analyze failures and propose process improvement solutions for maintenance. * Experience supervising mechanical work in the field. * Proficiency in handling technical documentation, technical reports, and project dossiers. Responsibilities: * Lead the operational team across various services delivered to clients. * Supervise and coordinate fieldwork, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. * Implement and supervise preventive maintenance plans for mechanical equipment. * Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance and operational processes. * Supervise proper installation and use of scaffolding for elevated work.
