Main Responsibilities: * Produce and prepare dishes according to established recipes and standards. * Attend to and dispatch orders for guests of the Hotel Roosevelt. * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. * Collaborate closely with the team to ensure efficient service. *(This is a low-traffic shift focused on production and organization.)* Requirements: * Prior experience as a cook in restaurants or hotels. * Knowledge of culinary techniques and good food-handling practices. * Ability to work autonomously during night shifts. * Responsibility and organizational skills. * Availability to work night shift hours.
